When can I start using the system?

Only once you have received an email confirmation from the Nedbank administrator are you able to log on.

How do I log on?
A
Please refer to the URL received in your registration confirmation email that also contains your login details. Open the URL and complete the requested login user name and password fields. Should you have any difficulties please log a call with the helpdesk under the Contact Us tab.

Why should I input my stoploss bag serial number?
A
This is a security measure. The cash centre will verify whether the bag received is the same bag sealed and collected from you and that no tampering of the bag is evident.

Does the online solution cater for cheque deposits?
A

No. You will have to complete a normal deposit slip for a cheque deposit. It is key to bank the cheques you may have separately, as this will ensure that your cash and separate cheque deposits reflect in your account in the shortest possible time.

If the internet connection is not working and CIT has arrived to pick up my deposit, what should I do?
A
Revert to completing a manual deposit slip and insert that manual deposit slip into the stoploss bag with your cash. Call the helpdesk to report the manual procedure and obtain a reference number.

How long will it take for the email to be received?
A
This is system and service provider dependent, but should take no longer than five minutes in most cases. If no email is received, please log a call with the helpdesk and retain your reference number.
